Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience in Government lending sectors
  • Advanced credit structuring and portfolio analysis skills, with ability to evaluate complex and unique lending situations
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Credit, Risk, Relationship Management, and Operations
  • Strong understanding of commercial credit policy, regulatory considerations, and municipal risk rating methodologies
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide peers or junior portfolio managers in underwriting quality, portfolio monitoring, and credit decisioning
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to present complex credit findings and recommendations to leaders and credit partners
  • Strong understanding of municipal credit facilities, terms, documentation and current market conditions
  • Advanced working relationship with internal and outside bank counsel

  • San Francisco - Pay Range: $143,000-$224,000
  • Los Angeles - Pay Range: $143,000-$224,000
  • Minneapolis - Pay Range: $131,000-$206,000
  • Denver - Pay Range: $131,000-$206,000
  • Charlotte - Pay Range: $119,000-187,000
  • Atlanta - Pay Range: $119,000-187,000
  • Scottsdale - Pay Range: $119,000-187,000
