Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Government lending sectors
- Advanced credit structuring and portfolio analysis skills, with ability to evaluate complex and unique lending situations
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Credit, Risk, Relationship Management, and Operations
- Strong understanding of commercial credit policy, regulatory considerations, and municipal risk rating methodologies
- Proven ability to mentor and guide peers or junior portfolio managers in underwriting quality, portfolio monitoring, and credit decisioning
- Strong communication skills, with ability to present complex credit findings and recommendations to leaders and credit partners
- Strong understanding of municipal credit facilities, terms, documentation and current market conditions
- Advanced working relationship with internal and outside bank counsel

- San Francisco - Pay Range: $143,000-$224,000
- Los Angeles - Pay Range: $143,000-$224,000
- Minneapolis - Pay Range: $131,000-$206,000
- Denver - Pay Range: $131,000-$206,000
- Charlotte - Pay Range: $119,000-187,000
- Atlanta - Pay Range: $119,000-187,000
- Scottsdale - Pay Range: $119,000-187,000
