Lead CNA/HHA - Hamilton House

About the role

Hamilton House Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Lead HHA/CNA to join their growing team. The community, which opened in 2019, is located on Wauwatosa Road (HWY 181) in Cedarburg, WI. They offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Affirm resident independence while recognizing individual needs.
• Treat residents with respect and dignity.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Must have at least 6 (six) months of experience working as a HHA or CNA.
• Strong interest in healthcare and positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay

Lead CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 an hour wage is based on experience
Lead HHA Wage: $18.50-$23.50 an hour wage is based on experience

Schedule

Shifts Available: Full Time AM, including rotating weekends/holidays.
