About the role

Hamilton House Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Resident Assistant/HHA/CNA to join their growing team. The community, which opened in 2019, is located on Wauwatosa Road (HWY 181) in Cedarburg, WI. They offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay

• CNA Wage: $17.00-$22.50 wage is based on experience.
• HHA Wage: $16.50-$22.00 wage is based on experience.

Schedule

• PT, AMs, PMs, or Weekends only.
