Lead Clinician, Specialized Comprehensive Treatment Team

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical and operational leadership to the Specialized Comprehensive Treatment Team (SCTT).
  • Regularly coaches and develops Care Managers, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Supported Employment & Education Specialists.
  • Consults and provides clinical guidance to the team.
  • Oversees daily team operations and builds a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Enrolls and provides therapy to consumers in the SCTT.
  • Develops behavior intervention plans for the Registered Behavior Technician to implement.
  • Collaborates with the treatment team to ensure care plans include SMART goals that are data-driven and consumer-centered.
  • Documents supervisions, team meetings, in-service trainings, assessments, and interventions in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Assists with crisis planning and responds to urgent consumer needs in collaboration with Crisis Services and the Treatment Team.
  • Facilitates daily treatment team meetings and collaborates effectively with team members.
  • Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with consumers, their supports, treatment team members, and community partners.
  • Engages in community outreach to promote the program and facilitate referrals.
  • Attends all mandatory in-services, continuing education, and annual health requirements.
  • Complies with all corporate compliance policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Reports all unethical activities to supervisors, the Corporate Compliance Office, the Values Hotline number, or the Human Resource Director.
  • Complies with all OSHA and safety policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Reports all unsafe practices or accidents to supervisors, the Safety Supervisor, and/or the OSHA Coordinator.
  • Complies with relevant regulations concerning the privacy and security of consumer's protected health information (PHI) as established by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Follows all policies and procedures set by the Agency.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work (MSW), or a related field.
  • Licensed as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or equivalent.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with co-occurring (IDD/BH) populations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, initiative, organizational, and coordination skills.
