LEAD CLEANER (H)
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present and demonstrates established standards to keep buildings and facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed; report any barriers.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members.
- Facilitate open communication between field employees and management; monitor and document client communications.
- Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules.
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
- Manage keys and access cards for the property.
- Report damaged, broken, or out-of-order features and items.
- Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag jobs) in assigned building.
- Oversee job quality and confirm completion with Area Manager.
- Provide training for all new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
- Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
- Obtain any additional certifications or trainings required by site type.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- 1 year of similar work experience.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
- Valid Driver’s license.
Pay
$15.80/hr

Sun–Thur, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
