Lead Cleaner

About the role

WinnCompanies is looking for an organized Cleaner to join our military team in Fort Campbell, KY. In this role, you will perform cleaning functions in homes, community offices, and common areas as necessary. You will also provide training, direction, and guidance, while implementing best practices and ensuring that properly-approved chemicals are used in properly-labeled containers. This position is located at a federal facility and requires a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID effective May 7, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Clean entire homes including bathrooms and appliances thoroughly.
• Complete work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• Carry and maintain all cleaning supplies necessary to perform routine functions.
• Perform Quality Control checks on cleaning teams to ensure time and quality expectations are met.
• Maintain a close and responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the cleaning team.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and direction to cleaning team members.
• Train new associates on best practices to meet deadlines and performance standards.
• Perform common area cleaning including trash pick-up, dog waste station maintenance, and community trash removal.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a high school program.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
• A REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required to access the federal facility effective May 7, 2025.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
