Lead Cleaner

Shift: Full-time, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Salary: $21.45/hr. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed; report any barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Ensure open communication between field employees and management; monitor and document client communications.
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged, broken, or out-of-order features/items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag jobs) in assigned building.
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Provide training for all new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Obtain any additional certifications or trainings needed by site type.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bilingual: English and Spanish speaking.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• 1 year of similar work experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
