About the role
Serves as the Engineering Technical Lead for assigned projects and/or programs and all sub-projects/individual contract reaches as the primary interface between Engineering Division and all other offices.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements technical solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Interfaces with various stakeholders including project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensures compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Maintains and updates project documentation and records.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conducts regular progress reviews and provides status reports to senior management.
- Manages and mentors junior engineers on assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with project planning and execution.
- Knowledge of engineering design principles and practices.
- Understanding of federal contracting processes.

Pay
- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Standard workweek: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
