LEAD CIVIL ENGINEER

About the role

Serves as the Engineering Technical Lead for assigned projects and/or programs and all sub-projects/individual contract reaches as the primary interface between Engineering Division and all other offices.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements technical solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Interfaces with various stakeholders including project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensures compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Maintains and updates project documentation and records.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conducts regular progress reviews and provides status reports to senior management.
• Manages and mentors junior engineers on assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with project planning and execution.
• Knowledge of engineering design principles and practices.

Pay

• Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Standard workweek: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
