About the role
The Communication and Spectrum Dominance (CSD) market segment is seeking a government compliance lead responsible for preparation and oversight of all regulatory compliance requirements of the CSD Segment.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating disclosure statements for CSD Intermediate Home Office (IHO) required for submission to DCMA.
- Preparing yearly incurred cost submissions for the CSD IHO.
- Creating quarterly cost monitoring reports, comparing actual incurred costs to forward pricing, and performing variance analysis.
- Leading responses to DCMA/DCAA audit requests for forward pricing proposal, incurred cost proposal, and other audits.
- Supporting business system readiness and external audits.
- Performing various ad hoc analyses, including trend analysis, effects of one-time events, “what if” scenarios, and supporting special projects as assigned.
- Interfacing with segment and sector finance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with focus in Finance or Accounting.
- 5-10 years government compliance experience.
Skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Product Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of interfacing and forming strategic business partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening).
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment and be flexible to meet customer needs through detailed analysis or summary reporting.
- Ability to solve problems, develop, and implement innovative and creative solutions in a complex and changing environment.
- Self-directed, proactive, and able to multi-task.
- PeopleSoft and Hyperion experience preferred but not required.
Pay
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $100,500 - $186,500. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
Schedule
Onsite, 9/80 (off every other Friday).
