Responsibilities
- Established as a lead medical assistant for the urology specialty, ensuring the clinic is staffed with professionals possessing the necessary knowledge, training, and experience.
- Enhance patient care by serving as a valuable resource for both patients and the medical staff, contributing to improved patient flow, better coordination, and streamlined processes.
- Manage various administrative and clinic tasks to maintain efficient clinic operations, including scheduling, triaging patient calls, coordinating procedures, and overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the medical assistant team.
- Provide leadership and supervision to the medical assistant team, fostering a structured training program and ongoing professional development for the staff.

Pay
Compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $22.97 - $24.57, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
