Lead Case Manager
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from description.
We need to be careful not to duplicate lines.
Let's extract content.
First paragraph: "The Lead Case Manager helps coordinate onboarding and training activities for the training unit and other case managers. This position strengthens case management practice by modeling effective strategies, providing individualized coaching and guidance, and supporting the professional growth of case managers. This position plays a key role in improving staff confidence, performance, and retention while promoting quality services for children and families. In addition to the duties and requirements listed below, YFA expects employees to be committed to incorporating principles of trauma-informed care in all areas of service delivery. Commitment to these principles is demonstrated through active participation in agency-required training, use of trauma-informed practices, and understanding that trauma-informed environments require cultural sensitivity and an emphasis on a safe and respectful environment for all."
That's about the role.
Then "Essential Job Functions:" followed by bullet-like sentences. We'll turn each sentence into
- .

We might treat the last sentence as prose, not list. Could be a paragraph.
Now "Education & Experience:":

Then "Physical Requirements:":

We need to decide sections.
About the role: first paragraph(s) before Essential Job Functions.
Responsibilities: list of Essential Job Functions (maybe include the concluding sentence as paragraph after list).
Requirements: Education & Experience + Physical Requirements? Could combine.
Qualifications: maybe CWCM certification etc? But we already have certification in Education & Experience. Could treat Qualifications as same as Requirements? But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we split: Requirements = Education & Experience; Qualifications = Certifications & Physical Requirements? However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Education & Experience and Physical Requirements into Requirements. Qualifications could be the KSAs? But KSAs are skills. Actually KSAs are knowledge, skills, abilities. So Skills section could be KSAs. Requirements could be education, experience, certification, physical requirements. Qualifications maybe not needed if overlapping. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for Education & Experience, Physical Requirements, KSAs. Could make Requirements include Education & Experience and Physical Requirements. Skills include KSAs. Qualifications maybe not needed.
But we have also "Preferred knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed principles..." which could be part of Skills or Requirements? It's a preferred knowledge. Could be part of Skills.
Thus sections:
About the role
... (the summary)
Responsibilities
- ... each duty
plus maybe a concluding paragraph after list? Could include as after list.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a human service-related field.
- 2+ years’ experience required in child welfare.

We also have the preferred trauma-informed knowledge statement. Could add as a - under Skills: "Preferred knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed principles and practices, including the importance of creating a safe environment, fostering trust, promoting collaboration, and empowering individuals."
We should also include the statement about trauma-informed care commitment from earlier? That was in About the role paragraph already.
Now check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc? Actually EEO appears in KSAs as "Ability to abide by principles of EEO compliance and a workplace of dignity and respect." That's substantive; we keep.
Now ensure we didn't include any placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft.
We need to wrap each section with
heading then content.
For Responsibilities, we have list plus maybe a concluding paragraph. We'll put list then a
for the concluding sentence.
Thus:
