About the role
Responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing teams, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure project deadlines are met
- Manage and mentor construction teams
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to implement design specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes and industry best practices
Skills
- Construction management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
- Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
