    • Coordinate construction sequencing, work packages, installation priorities, material deliveries, equipment access, and workforce requirements.
    • Track mechanical construction progress against project schedules, milestones, work plans, and subcontractor commitments.
    • Monitor field productivity, manpower levels, completed quantities, open work items, and schedule-sensitive activities.
    • Identify schedule risks, potential delays, resource constraints, procurement concerns, and incomplete work requiring follow-up or escalation.
    • Support recovery planning, resequencing efforts, and corrective actions to address schedule impacts and maintain project momentum.
    • Provide accurate field-status reports, manpower updates, progress summaries, issue logs, and required action items to project leadership.
    • Support Project Managers with milestone planning, forecasting, field coordination, and upcoming work-readiness reviews.
  • Drawing Review, Quality & Technical Coordination
    • Review construction drawings, specifications, P&IDs, RFIs, submittals, schedules, work packages, and field documentation related to mechanical scopes.
    • Verify that field installation work aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.
    • Coordinate with Engineers, QA/QC personnel, subcontractors, and field teams to resolve drawing discrepancies, technical questions, field modifications, and constructability concerns.
    • Support quality inspections, deficiency correction, punch-list management, rework coordination, and final installation verification.
    • Ensure field changes, redlines, inspection records, and as-built information are maintained accurately as required.
    • Aid in verification of mechanical system readiness for inspections, testing, startup, commissioning, turnover, and client acceptance.
    • Support cleanroom, contamination-control, material-handling, and work-area-protection requirements when applicable.
