Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling work including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.
- Handle projects ranging from small patches and paint to complete home rebuilds.
- Work exclusively on construction phases; no water mitigation duties.
Requirements
- Remodeling experience
- Reliable and hardworking
- Provide your own tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Previous restoration experience is a plus
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
- Pass background check and drug screen

Pay
$32 per hour (negotiable based on experience and trade knowledge).
Schedule
Overtime paid at 40+ hours; double time after 60+ hours.
