- Execute a broad range of carpentry tasks from rough framing to high-end finish work on residential and commercial sites.
- Lead daily field operations and direct project processes while maintaining high quality standards and safety protocols.
- Interpret project drawings, manage field change orders, and coordinate building inspections to keep projects on track.
- Resolve real-time structural and finish challenges independently to maintain job site momentum and profitability.
- Document job progress and daily logs using company software to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
