Lead Carpenter/ Tradesman

Salary: $32 hourly, negotiable depending on experience and trade knowledge

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer you. Projects range from small patch-and-paint jobs to complete home rebuilds. This is a permanent position with a consistent workload, great leadership, and a well-rounded team.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical work
• Work on projects ranging from minor repairs to full home rebuilds
• Collaborate with superintendents and team members to accomplish job goals

Requirements

• Remodeling experience
• Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
• Provide your own tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Previous restoration experience is a plus
