About the role
Lead Carpenter position with a wide range of remodeling duties including, but not limited to:
- Carpentry work, rough and finish
- Exterior repairs
- Tile work
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- Light HVAC
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in carpentry and/or remodeling
- 3+ years of experience may be considered with strong leadership skills
- Ability to safely operate power tools
- Ability to read blueprints
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Must own hand tools
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to run jobs unsupervised
