Lead Carpenter

About the role

One Stop Home Repair is seeking skilled carpenters to join our dynamic team. We are an ESOP company, owned entirely by our employees, providing a wide range of home repair, improvement, and remodeling services in the Greater Bangor, Maine area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and renovation of homes and commercial buildings
• Read and follow blueprints and specifications
• Operate various hand and power tools
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in carpentry
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
