Lead Carpenter

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in residential remodeling and new home construction projects from start to finish.
  • Includes carpentry work, overseeing daily job site activities, coordinating materials, working with subcontractors, and guiding other carpenters.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards of quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of residential construction or remodeling experience.
  • Strong skills in framing, trim work, finish carpentry, and general construction.
  • Able to manage job sites and communicate effectively with subcontractors and homeowners.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Knowledge of Wisconsin building codes and green building practices is a plus.
