Responsibilities
- Play a key role in residential remodeling and new home construction projects from start to finish.
- Includes carpentry work, overseeing daily job site activities, coordinating materials, working with subcontractors, and guiding other carpenters.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards of quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of residential construction or remodeling experience.
- Strong skills in framing, trim work, finish carpentry, and general construction.
- Able to manage job sites and communicate effectively with subcontractors and homeowners.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Knowledge of Wisconsin building codes and green building practices is a plus.
