Responsibilities

• Build custom decks (Composite and PVC)
• Construct covered porches (Open and Screened)
• Build pergolas
• Construct three-season rooms
• Build outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and specialty carpentry projects
• Read blueprints and perform material takeoffs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Requirements

• Experience building decks, porches, pergolas, and outdoor living projects
• Experience working with composite decking systems
• Strong carpentry skills and knowledge of residential construction methods
• Ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to safely perform ladder work and roof framing
• Strong references and photos or examples of completed projects
