Your Role
Your Role:
As a Lead Caregiver, you'll be the guiding force in creating a warm, respectful, and safe environment. You'll oversee daily activities, mentor new team members, and ensure each client receives tailored care that promotes independence and well-being.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate personalized care plans
- Mentor and support fellow caregivers
- Build meaningful connections with clients and their families
- Aid with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and mobility support
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in condition
- Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Previous caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or healthcare)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Caregiving passion and compassion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
