Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen cabinet installations, refacing projects, and finish carpentry work
- Install cabinetry, panels, fillers, crown molding, trim, and hardware with precision
- Make clean field modifications and solve site conditions without compromising quality
- Lead and direct helpers/installers on site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, building staff, and the office
- Keep jobs moving efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or kitchen remodeling
- Strong skills in trim work, scribing, fillers, panels, and detailed finish work
- Ability to lead a project on site with professionalism and accountability
- Experience working in high-end homes or apartments preferred
- Fluent English required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must own basic carpentry hand and power tools
