Lead Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter

About the role

Closet Factory Omaha is seeking skilled Lead Cabinet Installers and Finish Carpenters to join our dynamic team. This is not a production construction job; every project is unique and tailored to meet your needs.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets, garages, home offices, pantries, entertainment centers, and storage systems
• Read drawings and installation paperwork
• Load and unload materials safely
• Perform finish carpentry and trim work as needed
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
• Communicate with customers professionally
• Represent the company with pride and professionalism

Requirements

• Experience with cabinet installation, finish carpentry, millwork, remodeling, or related trades
• Ability to read a tape measure and use hand and power tools confidently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry materials as required
