Lead C++ Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement new algorithm and enhancements in C/C++ based code to implement the software stack for the FPGA based platform with special focus on synthesis / technology mapping.
• Develop the EDA automation flow for the platform with other engineers.
• Write Design Specifications and Unit Tests for your code.

Position Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical / Computer Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or Master's and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or PhD with thesis in a relevant area.
• Experience in FPGA or ASIC prototyping/synthesis/verification space.
• Excellent programming skills in C/C++, clear documentation, and ability to discuss code with peers.
• Strong understanding of Verilog or SystemVerilog, familiarity with digital circuits, and experience with logic simulators.
• Experience with multi-threaded/concurrent programming is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience of ML/AI algorithms and deployment in production code is a plus.

Pay

The annual salary range for California is $110,600 to $205,400. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits.
