Lead Business Ops/Contracts Support Supervisor
About The Role
As a CBRE Lead Business Operations/Contracts Supervisor, you will oversee the team responsible for providing administrative contract support to the department. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the client’s relationship with their business partners and vendors. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
This role is hybrid with three days in office and two days working from home. Some travel may be required within a specific region.
What You’ll Do
- Set the team goals for performance and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s plans and vision.
- Create and review vendor contracts for eligibility and service level agreements.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Anounce important information from upper management to employees.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Review and approve timecards.
- Receive escalated complaints and resolve difficult problems.
- Verify adherence to legal and company policies and procedures.
- Complete disciplinary actions if the need arises.
- Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
- May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
- Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
- Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures.
- Work to build consensus.
What You’ll Need
- A High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
- Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
- The ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Compensation and Benefits
The minimum salary for the Lead Business Ops/Contracts Supervisor position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Lead Business Ops/Contracts Supervisor position is $85,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
