Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in an onshore customer-facing role
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good hands-on experience in requirements traceability maintenance
- Good experience in UAT administration and defects management and defects triage
- Ability to provide internal status to Project Management and Program Management
- Preferred experience in Contact Center IT landscape
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record of successful business analysis projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
