About the role

The Lead Business Analyst will oversee data analysis, business analysis, and Agile methodology to drive business objectives and improvements. They will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and implementing Agile strategies for effective project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and data analysis initiatives to support business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships in a customer-facing, onshore role.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Administer User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defects, and perform defects triage.
• Provide internal status updates to Project Management and Program Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in an onshore, customer-facing role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong experience with requirements traceability maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in UAT administration, defects management, and defects triage.
• Experience in the Contact Center IT landscape is preferred.
