Lead Business Analyst - Dallas ,TX - Local

About the role

Location: Dallas, TX 75219. Business Analyst will work with multi-disciplinary teams within SAP Analytics, Commercial, lubricant, Refinery, Operations area. The candidate will work with key stakeholders to define requirements, project scope, timelines, objectives and track deliverables, risks/issues and project status.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements, project scope, timelines, objectives and track deliverables, risks/issues and project status.
• Manage multiple SAP BW ECC projects (10+ years experience).
• Gather requirements and coordinate with business and technical team members (local and international).
• Perform data discovery, data mapping, translate business use cases into actionable documents.
• Project planning, estimates, daily stand‑ups, status updates, UAT, coordinate deployment.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary team across functional work streams: SAP SD, FI, CO, GL, COPA.
• Manage implementation projects with shared task/work responsibility across multiple system integrators.
• Understand order‑to‑cash process and integration points between SD and Finance modules.
• Collaborate with SAP BW/HANA, Functional, ABAP, Business Partners, BASIS, Security teams.
• Design and perform quality assurance testing (unit, regression, integration).
• Develop Business Requirement Documents, Functional Documentation and Technical Specifications.
• Work with PMO to align with overall process; apply Agile methods.
• Develop and publish communications to project teams, management and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on process and deliverables; identify and manage risks/issues and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing multiple SAP BW ECC projects.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferable.
• Understanding of Agile methods is nice.
