About the role
Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking an experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Lead BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children while serving as a clinical leader and mentor for our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services for children in the home setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and long-term success.
- Review clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to coordinate care.
- Assist with onboarding, staff development, case consultation, and clinical quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a manageable caseload while providing leadership and support to the clinical team.
Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Active BCBA Certification
- Proficient with various assessment methods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and management abilities
- Passion for working with children and families
