Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement innovative treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
• Conduct behavioral assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy
• Maintain records, reports, and data entry in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or experience working as a BCBAMaster's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 Annually
