Lead Blue Yonder WMS Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage risks to ensure project delivery.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
• Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain warehouse management (supply chain and demand chain) with emphasis on Warehouse Management systems.
• Experience in application development and system architecture design; working knowledge of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (BY WMS).
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

• Experience working with any other WMS product.
• Experience in working with onsite-offshore model and successful delivery of outcomes with a global team.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing relationships with clients at the senior technical management level.
• Experience delivering enterprise solution implementations and multi-country rollouts.
• Experience driving pre-sales process and proposal drafting.
• Experience with Warehouse Execution Systems.
