Lead BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Clinical Leadership

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a reduced caseload and provide direct clinical services.
  • Mentor and support BCBAs through coaching and case consultation.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new BCBAs.
  • Review treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
  • Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations and the Clinical Director to improve clinical processes.
  • Support families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent client outcomes.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative clinical culture.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience mentoring clinicians is preferred.
  • Must reside in the State of Colorado.
