Responsibilities
- Maintain a reduced caseload and provide direct clinical services.
- Mentor and support BCBAs through coaching and case consultation.
- Assist with onboarding and training new BCBAs.
- Review treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
- Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Operations and the Clinical Director to improve clinical processes.
- Support families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent client outcomes.
- Promote a positive, collaborative clinical culture.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience mentoring clinicians is preferred.
- Must reside in the State of Colorado.
