  • Responsibilities

    • Create and implement training programs
    • Support Senior RBTs in meeting their supervision hours for fieldwork
    • Train and mentor new BCBAs and Assistant Supervisors
    • Collaborate with the onboarding team for new hires
    • Conduct company-wide ABA trainings every other month
    • Manage a supervisory caseload
    • Other similar leadership tasks

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience as a BCBA
    • Masters degree or higher
    • Experience in in-home services, school support, and provider consultation (preferred)
    • Comfortable working with individuals of all ages and functioning levels
    • Strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Passion for learning, mentoring, and training others
