- Support Senior RBTs in meeting their supervision hours for fieldwork
- Train and mentor new BCBAs and Assistant Supervisors
- Collaborate with the onboarding team for new hires
- Conduct company-wide ABA trainings every other month
- Manage a supervisory caseload
- Other similar leadership tasks
- 3+ years of experience as a BCBA
- Masters degree or higher
- Experience in in-home services, school support, and provider consultation (preferred)
- Comfortable working with individuals of all ages and functioning levels
- Strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for learning, mentoring, and training others
