Lead Bath Installer

Responsibilities

• Install Bath products and set the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines.
• Follow the Company Policies and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling
• Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment
• Able to follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

Pay

$85,000-$120,000

Schedule

Monday-Friday 1st shift

Training

All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fee's as well as provide per diem for food!
