Lead Bartender - Unicoi State Park & Lodge

Role

As our Lead Bartender, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service while supporting bar operations across our three unique dining venues: Unicoi Restaurant, Smith Creek Tavern, and Anna's Italian.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is required (leadership experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TIPS Certification and Food Handler Certification are required (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire).
