About the role
This role embodies exceptional Guest Services within our Food & Beverage team.
Responsibilities
- Provide our guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness
- Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently for each guest
- Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and readily accessible
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
- Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas
- Support other Food & Beverage support as needed (as Lead bartender)
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or its equivalent
- Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred
- Minimum 3-years Bartender experience in a similar role, size of operation required, hotel experience preferred
- Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
- Food Handlers Certification required
