Lead Bartender
Job Summary

Job Specifications
Starting Wage: $12.14/hr - $16.04/hr
If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
Employment Type: Year Round (11-month)
Shift Type: Full Time hours available
Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
Housing Availability: Yes
Job Responsibilities
Made connections with guests and co-workers
Shared our passion for the mountains during service
Followed the leadership's guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
Created hot and cold beverages to specifications
Prepared the bar for successful operation throughout the shift
Maintained a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the work day
Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
3+ years of Bartending experience
Desire to learn and grow
Must be 21 or over
Able to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 50lbs
