Lead Bartender

Responsibilities

• Mixes drinks and serves guests following established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
• Maintains quality service, guest satisfaction, and company standards.
• Processes guest checks, collects cash, and processes credits and room charges.
• Completes liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Ensures established pars are maintained.
• Performs sidework duties according to schedules.
• Aids in developing drink recipes and product specifications.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Lifting capacity: 20 - 40 lbs., 50 - 100 lbs.
• Standing: 100% of the time scheduled.
• Climbing: approximately 12 steps 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified.

Skills

• Knowledge of state liquor laws.
• Ability to multitask and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
• Ability to handle stressful and emotionally charged situations.
