Requirements
- Leadership background
- Creativity in menu/cocktail development
- Strong inventory management
- POS experience (Micros/Simphony)
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience and/or leadership preferred
- Menu development and cocktail creation
- Inventory and ordering experience
- Experience with Micros/Simphony or other POS systems
- Beer, wine, and spirits certifications
- Scheduling experience
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
