Lead Bartender

What You'll Do

• Communicate and delegate tasks to bar team
• Aid with off-property events, creating drink menus, and managing supply/product inventory
• Assist in training bar staff
• Greet and welcome guests, promptly serving drinks and food (if applicable)
• Pour drinks using standard specifications
• Receive and process orders in the POS system accurately
• Serve food and drinks to guests, fulfilling server orders
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Notify a manager if a guest is becoming intoxicated or rude to other guests
• Follow uniform and grooming specifications
• Cooperate with support crew and management
• Operate bar equipment
• Unpack deliveries and stock the bar
• Record accurate tip-out sheets

What You Bring

• 2 years of bartending experience, including at least 1 year as a trainer (preferred)
• Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic math skills for calculating bill amounts and handling credit cards and cash
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of or ability to learn restaurant point of sale systems
• Restaurant inventory and invoicing software proficiency (may be required)
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications (if applicable)
• Flexible schedule, capable of working weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
