Lead Bartender

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and service
• Create and maintain a welcoming, professional, and energetic bar atmosphere
• Train, mentor, and support bartenders and bar staff
• Affiliate and develop seasonal cocktails, features, and bar offerings
• Maintain full knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and club offerings
• Manage bar setup, cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels
• Monitor and assist with ordering, stocking, and bar pars
• Accurately handle payments, tabs, and cash controls
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Communicate effectively with service staff, kitchen, and leadership team
• Assist with scheduling support, opening/closing duties, and daily operations
• Help drive a fun, engaging, and memorable Member experience

• Previous bartending experience required; leadership experience preferred
• A knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer trends a plus
