What You’ll Do
- Lead by example on bar, delivering exceptional coffee and hospitality
- Support daily operations including opening/closing procedures
- Coach and guide baristas on drink quality, speed, and customer experience
- Help maintain consistency in standards, cleanliness, and workflow
- Act as a goto resource for the team during shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Natural leadership presence and strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and pride in craft
- Able to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first mindset
Compensation & Training
- Pay Base Pay: $11/hour
- Training Differential: +$9/hour while in training
