Assistant Trainer/Lead Barista - West University

What You’ll Do

• Aid in training new hires on bar, service, and operational standards
• Promote consistency in drink quality and customer experience
• Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and coaching opportunities
• Maintain training materials and processes
• Provide hands-on coaching and feedback during live shifts

• Strong barista experience with high standards for quality
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others
• Clear communicator with patience and attention to detail
• Ability to lead by example and reinforce expectations
• Organized and proactive mindset

Compensation & Training

• Pay Base: $24/hr for trainer shifts, subject to change with business need
• Shift Lead Role: $11/hr + tips
• Training Differential: +$9/hr while in training
