Lead Baker/Cook

Summary

The Lead Baker/Cook role serves as point person in bakeshop, kitchen or cafe areas, and oversees daily operations. Prepares breads, pastries, and entrees, which may be used in multi-campus system.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Serve Safe certified required within 3 months of hire.
• Three years of baking/cooking experience required.
