About the role
Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin and provide leadership and direction to bakery staff. As a Lead Baker, you’ll have shifts that overlap with all baking staff to ensure job functions and duties are completed and products meet standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight, preparation, and production of bakery items.
- Be responsible for specialized bakery products that require a greater skill level, such as artisan and custom items.
- Place necessary orders and manage inventory of bakery items.
Requirements
- 3 years of food production/bakery experience, including 18 months of bakery experience.
- ServSafe Certification within the first 6 months of employment.
Qualifications
- No minimum education required.
- Culinary training preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
