About the role

The Senior Manager, Software Engineering is responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and maintenance of software systems that support claims processing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in software engineering
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of software engineers
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
