Lead BA (SharePoint)

About the role

The Bridge (Stores and Field Leaders) will split their time working on this project. This is a Senior to Lead level position requiring 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
• Create use cases, functional requirements, process flows, and documentation
• Experience with productivity & collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and M365
• Business process analysis and process mapping
• Stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• UAT coordination
• Knowledge of the M365 ecosystem
