About the role
The Bridge (Stores and Field Leaders) will split their time working on this project. This is a Senior to Lead level position requiring 8+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
- Create use cases, functional requirements, process flows, and documentation
- Experience with productivity & collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and M365
- Business process analysis and process mapping
- Stakeholder management across business and technical teams
- UAT coordination
- Knowledge of the M365 ecosystem
Requirements
