About the role
Average of 5+ years of automotive glass installation experience is required. Previous lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive glass replacements and repairs (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.)
- Lead installations from start to finish with a focus on safety and quality
- Follow proper tool usage, adhesives, and OEM-approved procedures
- Provide professional customer service on-site and in-shop
- Assist with training and mentoring installers as the company grows
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
Qualifications
- Knowledge of mobile work and ADAS calibration is a plus
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
