Lead Associate, Amazon Now
This role requires open availability seven days a week and flexibility to work at various sites within 10 miles of the primary Operations site in the San Diego metro area. You will work in a retail‑warehouse environment with shopping carts, pallet jacks, stock dollies, and a variety of products—including food and alcoholic beverages—while interacting with digital shopping technology. Dress code is relaxed but safety‑oriented: slip‑resistant, closed‑toe shoes are required, and additional protective gear may be needed. If you are assigned to a new site, you will help prepare the team for its first customer orders, including setting up shelving and unloading deliveries, with an extended training period at a nearby Amazon site.
